To ensure network integrity and comply with Indian Telecom Regulations (TRAI), we monitor overall bandwidth usage and data limits. We do not inspect, log, or sell your personal browsing history, private communications, or encrypted data.
Your data is stored securely in compliant local servers. We never sell your personal information to third-party marketing agencies or data brokers.

DNA Infotel provides broadband connectivity exclusively in serviceable areas of Vasai, Virar, and Nallasopara. Service feasibility is subject to a physical site inspection by our engineering team.
For plans operating under our Fair Usage Policy, broadband speeds will be gracefully throttled to a predefined baseline speed (as outlined in your selected package) once your monthly data cap is consumed. Service is not disconnected; only the speed is reduced until the next billing cycle begins.
Optical Network Terminals (Routers/ONTs) provided by DNA Infotel remain the property of the company if offered on a rental basis. In the event of subscription cancellation, the equipment must be returned in working condition to avoid penalty charges. Any physical damage to the GePON fiber line inside your premises may incur a replacement fee.
While we target a 99% network uptime, intermittent disruptions may occur due to extreme weather, municipal digging, or scheduled infrastructure maintenance. Our local team commits to resolving physical line breaks within 24 to 48 hours of ticket generation.
All prices listed are inclusive of applicable GST. Prepaid internet plans are non-refundable once activated. It is the customer's responsibility to renew the plan before the current billing cycle ends to prevent service suspension.
